I began my practice at Destination Spa in 2008

I studied 1 year Reflexology, including anatomy and physiology, at CSN to become a Certified Reflexologist. I am also certified in Reiki.

I work the nerve endings to all the systems in the body and specific areas of concern to assist the body’s natural healing process. Reflexology and Reiki also help to relieve stress, tension, and pain.
