Spa Policies

Reservations - We suggest that you make reservations in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment. If you have a gender preference for your treatments, please advise us when making your appointment.

Check-in - Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled spa or salon appointment.

Gratuities - Gratuities are at a client's discretion, and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.

Minimum Age - All clients under sixteen years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy - A credit card is required at time of original booking. As a courtesy to all, we ask that a twenty-four hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations with less than a twenty- four hour notice will be charge at 50% of the appointment fee. There will be no charge if we can re-book you appointment. For no show appointments, the full fee will be charged.

Check Policy - Local Checks only, ID required. $30 Insufficient funds fee on all returned checks
